Bieja flor Resort Located near the best surf breaks in Mal-pais and Santa Teresa area. Visitors come all year round to surf either the beach breaks or the more challenging waves at the rocky points around the area. We offer surfboards for rent and transportation if necessary. Transportation by boat is also available to other surfing spots, some of them totally unspoiled; please ask the Bija Flor Guide for details. We also offer surfing lessons for those interested in a new adrenaline filled experience.

Stand Up Paddle Lessons

Finally there is something new to do while having an amazing vacation in Costa Rica, No matter if your desire is hard core work out or a peacefully activity, you will find it in one of our daily stand up paddle lesson, We do not have the words to describe the serenity you get by stand up paddling across the Nicoya peninsula beaches, A lot of our guest have nothing to do with surfing ,so the "A day of stand up paddling experience" give them the chance to enjoy the view every surfer is getting stoked by.
Bieja flor Resort offer lessons for stand up paddlers of all levels.
All lessons are 1 ½ hrs and we provide all participants with an in-depth stand up paddling experience.

We offer the following levels of lessons:
Level 1: Cruising (Beginner)
Level 2: Maneuverability: timing, turning the board, and advance board techniques (Intermediate)
Level 3: Beginning surfing (Advanced)
Larger, more advanced wave training is available upon request. Candidates must be pre-screened before lesson in order to test abilities for bigger surf.
